1. Differential Pressure Test: In cleanroom inspections, it is necessary to check whether the air moves from cleaner areas to less clean areas. This is done by measuring the pressure differences between rooms or different points within the cleanroom. Air naturally flows from areas of higher pressure to areas of lower pressure, so a cleaner room should have higher pressure than a less clean room.
2. Airflow Test: This test measures the airflow rate or air velocity in the cleanroom. Airflow can be assessed by measuring the air volume per unit of time (Airflow volume) or the air velocity (Airflow velocity), depending on the type of cleanroom and the most appropriate method of measurement.
